We are looking for an experienced Receptionist who is able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease and a smile.

Weta Digital has a headcount of over 1500 crew members and are located across 12 sites in Wellington’s Eastern Suburbs. This role operates within a fast-paced environment; you’ll be joining our energetic Facilities team servicing multiple facilities across the eastern suburbs.

To be successful, you will have the following qualities:

  • Previous receptionist experience in a large company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A 'can do,' positive and approachable attitude
  • General flexibility, the ability to think outside the square and on your feet
  • Strong computer skills and a good typing speed
  • Familiarity with Office 365, especially Excel
  • Proactive and capable when working independently

Additional skills:

  • Candidates are required to hold a full NZ Drivers Licence
  • Previous experience within the media/entertainment industry or relevant qualifications would be a bonus, but is not essential.
