Wingnut AR Office Manager

Wingnut AR is a small, collaborative team of artists and developers working on ground breaking augmented reality games and experiences. Founded by Peter Jackson and Fran Walsh, we are based in Wellington, New Zealand, which was recently named #1 on Deutsche Bank’s list of most liveable global cities for the second year in a row.

We are looking for an administration expert with an eye for detail to join our small but busy team of artists and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Coordinate with IT on office equipment
  • Partner with HR for staff recruitment
  • Facilitate crew performance evaluations
  • Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
  • Manage contract with office vendors, service providers
  • Organize travel arrangements
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities

Desired skills and experience:

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Self-motivation, with a strong work ethic and great team-player attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
