Crew Manager / People Lead

We’re looking for a Crew Manager to join our dynamic VFX environment. This is not a senior leadership role, but it’s a pivotal one, supporting teams of world‑class artists to thrive and deliver exceptional work.

You don’t need industry experience. What matters most is that you:

• Care deeply about people and their growth
• Can manage for high performance and have honest, constructive conversations
• Know how to coach, motivate, and build trust across a wide range of personalities
• Are familiar with career development pathways and upskilling crew
• Work at pace in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing environment

In this role, you’ll provide timely and meaningful performance feedback, helping artists stay engaged and supported. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and making a difference.

We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, comfortable with complexity in an operational setting, and confident leading people. You will have strong emotional intelligence and sound judgement.
