You are not permitted to use any part of the content of the Sites by any means and for any purpose other than viewing on the internet. For the avoidance of doubt, downloading and/or storage (other than temporarily and purely incidental to web browsing or for temporary personal use) of material from the Sites is prohibited. Material from the Sites which is owned by people other than Weta (such as, but not limited to video clips) may not be used without the separate permission of the owners of that material.
Where the Sites provide links to other sites, Weta does so purely as a convenience to you. Weta accepts no responsibility for the content or conduct of the other sites to which we provide links.
This Sites are operated in New Zealand by Weta, which is a New Zealand company. Any disputes or claims arising from or relating to your use of the Site will be heard only in the Courts of New Zealand, and you hereby agree to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts to hear any such dispute.
The Sites, including without limitation all material and information on the Sites, are provided “as is” and entirely without warranty by Weta. Your use of the Sites is entirely at your own risk. You agree that you shall not make any claim against Weta for any material on the Sites; that in no event will Weta be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or other damages; and that, in any case or circumstance, Weta's liability to you will not exceed one dollar.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Weta (including Weta's officers, directors, agents, and shareholders) harmless from and against any and all loss, costs, expenses, claims, damages and liabilities related to or associated with your use of these Sites.
