IT Scrum Master - ERP

We’re looking for an IT professional with extensive experience in managing organisation-wide system changes and integrations in a complex IT environment, ideally with a background in ERP implementation.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the broader technical impacts and changes resulting from Wētā FX's ERP project, including implementation and management of the platform, integration development, application replacement, and decommissioning. This will involve the development of key relationships, workstream scoping and planning, schedule management, JIRA and ADO management, coordination of resources and activities against the plan across several IT disciplines, and status reporting as part of the ERP and wider IT team.

Please note that this is a 10-12 month fixed term opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and lead IT workstreams needed to support and enable the ERP project.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work alongside the ERP PM and within IT to organise, drive and facilitate the completion of all IT work for ERP.
• Identify risks and issues, and escalate them to the ERP PM and the IT Management team.

What You’ll Bring:

• An ability to lead discussions, facilitate workshops, and work one-on-one with subject matter experts.
• Excellent relationship-building skills within and outside the business, with experience working with and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.
• An understanding of Software Development lifecycle and project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and Hybrid), with a working knowledge of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to drive effective solution delivery.
• Significant experience as an IT Scrum Master across Applications, Infrastructure, and Integration projects.
• Ideally, ERP implementation experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Four Vision, and Solver Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions.
