We are now accepting applications from highly motivated and enthusiastic FXTD’s to join our talented teams onsite for a number of exciting projects for starts in Q1 & 2, 2025.
Location: Our preference is for these roles to be based onsite at one of our hubs in Wellington, New Zealand, or Melbourne, Australia. Remote options may also be considered with show approval.
Our FX team is comprised of more than 100 of the world's leading FX TDs. Collectively they help to solve a diverse variety of VFX problems, working in close partnership with other departments across Wētā FX. FX is integral to Wētā's R&D efforts, pipeline and workflows, which all continue to adapt to the increasing focus on FX-driven VFX.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and building a team who sit at the juncture between creativity and technology in a company that continues to push the boundaries of the VFX craft.
